How many times have you abandoned your cart at checkout due to the cost of shipping? We let you know right up front we charge a $5.00 flat rate shipping on all gifts, anywhere in the continental U.S. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once the gift is shipped.
All surprises ship within 1-2 business days from Tulsa, Ok. We do our very best to accommodate special shipping requests. Leave us a note at checkout or contact us with any questions or special requests.
+ Do you ship international?
We currently do not offer the $5.00 flat rate shipping on International purchases. Contact us for a special price quote to ship a gift internationally.
+ What if I don’t know the shipping address but I want to surprise someone with a gift?
We will be happy to contact your recipient to obtain their address so the gift sender can remain a surprise. Send us the email or phone number and we will take care of it.
+ What is your return policy?
If you change your mind and need to cancel your order you may do so within 1 hour from the time it was purchased otherwise there are no returns or refunds.
If for some reason your surprise is delivered damaged please contact us and send photos. We will file a claim with USPS and determine the next steps.
+ What happens if my gift is returned to you or lost/stolen?
Please check your shipping address carefully. Surprise Gift Co is not responsible for packages that are returned for incorrect address. If your package is returned to us we will be happy to ship it again but we will need to charge you the full amount of shipping the second time around.
Surprise Gift Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If it is listed as delivered on the shipping carriers site, we do not provide a refund or ship a new package.
+ Will the gift be exactly as pictured?
On occasion we may need to substitute an item in our gifts, such as the style of a coffee mug shown or a sweet treat. Contact us if you have specific requests for an item. We take special care to hand select the best items for all of our gifts.
+ Do you offer corporate gifts?
If you have client gifting needs, we have the solutions. From thank you to welcome to congratulations and more, let us help you wow and surprise your clients.
